Finding myself in the midst of an excruciatingly stressful and horrendously expensive battle for my son's well-being and safety - I now realize why it took me 6 years to stand up to his abusive father.
And why is it that so many of these abusers seem to have an endless amount of money with which to enlist powerful legal representation?
I've created this blog to address and attempt to somehow counteract the prevalence of injustice when it comes to custody and parenting time between two parties with unequal financial resources. For the children involved, there needs to be a level playing field.
